With more than four decades of global experience in enterprise transformation, CX leadership, and international business development, Van Horn brings a strategic perspective that complements Pure CallerID’s mission and growth trajectory.
Van Horn’s distinguished career includes tenure as Global Managing Partner at Accenture, where he led the Global Customer Contact Transformation practice and later served as the APAC Sales Lead for Communications, Media & Technology. In that role, he oversaw more than $2 billion in annual sales across the Asia-Pacific region. Following his time at Accenture, Van Horn founded Barefoot Advisory Services, advising organizations including Convercent, DISYS, and KCI Capital. He later held executive roles at IBM and Kyndryl, most recently serving as Vice President and Executive Strategic Sales Coach for North America.
Currently, Van Horn sits on the board of Rajant Health (RHI) and advises Ascent Business Partners on digital transformation initiatives.
Van Horn joins a growing advisory board that includes leaders in compliance, telecommunications, and private equity as Pure CallerID continues to scale its offerings across brand protection, compliance infrastructure, and demand generation for enterprise CX.
