The rates listed below are subject to change unless otherwise stated in your signed Order Schedule and are binding unless otherwise stated in your signed Order Schedule. The rates and fees specified herein are bound to our Terms of Use. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this rate card. If there is any conflict between the rates listed in your signed Order Schedule and the rates listed below, the rates in your signed Order Schedule will prevail. UC Protect Notes
- Monthly Minimum Service Fee is $1,000.00. Fees are billed per TN managed by Pure CallerID during the billing period.
Aegis One, Lite, and Core Notes
- Aegis One: All fees are consumption driven based on total transactions for the billing period.
- Aegis Lite: All fees are consumption driven based on buckets of transactions consumed during the billing period.
- Aegis Core: All fees are consumption driven based on buckets of transactions consumed during the billing period. Requires the addition of at least one Core campaign/Community CallerID pool.
Engage SMS – 10 DLC, Short Code, and TFN Notes
- All campaign fees are one-time or recurring and specific to the type(s) of Engage SMS campaign(s) customer has requested. Please see line item for details.
- All fees are consumption driven based on total message segment transactions for the billing period. Segment volume calculations include conversational segments and auto-reply segments, where applicable.
- Pricing is specific for the United States and Canada only and is not inclusive of carrier fees, which are billed independently.
- Aegis One and some Additional Services can be added to any 10DLC campaign(s), at customer’s request.
- 10DLC campaigns require at least one Core campaign activation, in addition to any applicable campaign configuration/recurring fees associated with all Engage SMS 10DLC campaigns.
- Short Code lease(s) and campaign configuration/recurring fees are required for all Engage SMS Short Code campaigns.
- Aegis One and some Additional Services can be added to any TFN campaign(s), at customer’s request. TFN campaign configuration/recurring fees are required for all Engage SMS TFN campaigns.
Network Services:
- All fees are consumption driven based on total billable minutes for the billing period, including inbound callbacks.
- Pricing is specific for the United States and Canada only and is not inclusive of carrier fees, which are billed independently.
- Billing is calculated at 12/6 second increments.
- Short Duration Calls (SDC) are calculated at 12 seconds or less, including zero second/no-answer calls based on total outbound/termination volume for the period, with additional fees calculated at the volume of SDC’s more than 15% of the total call transactional volume during the period.
- Aegis One, Core, UC Protect, and some Additional Services can be added to Network Services, at customer’s request.
Additional Services:
- All fees are one-time and/or recurring, specific to the Additional Service(s) customer has requested.
- Number Utility and Real Time DNC (Federal and State) services are based on total consumption for the billing period.
- DataBoost and Known Litigator services are billed on a per unique record count for the billing period.
- DataBoost Verify and Score require DataBoost Validate as a pre-requisite for use.
- For Federal DNC services, Customer must have a valid, active SAN registered with the FTC and all use of this service will be limited to the geographical area(s) to which the Customer has subscribed.
- Reassigned Number Database, Active Prospect, and Verisk will bill customer independently, Customer must activate these services with an API token from Customer’s account, all Pure CallerID billing for these services is a flat rate basis, monthly.
- All Additional Services activated by Customer can be used at Customer’s discretion through Aegis One, Core, or independent access through the Pure CallerID API library. For more information, please contact your Account Management Team or visit our Support Portal.
