Sales BDR

Role Description

Pure CallerID is seeking a full-time, remote Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will drive revenue growth and customer engagement through lead generation, prospecting, and sales activities. You’ll manage and execute contact sequences, set cadences, and refine engagement strategies within Salesforce to ensure the best outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in building strong client relationships while contributing to a supportive, collaborative culture that values humor, wit, and a touch of sarcasm.

This is a remote position with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through research, outbound prospecting, and targeted campaigns.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
  • Create, manage, and execute contact sequences and cadences to optimize prospect engagement.
  • Engage prospective customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to communicate the value of Pure CallerID’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and meet revenue goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining our fun, witty, and collaborative team dynamic.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or business development roles.
    Proficiency with Salesforce, including managing pipelines, creating reports, and executing workflows.
  • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and contact sequencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences (bonus points if you can handle sarcasm and humor like a pro).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or tech sales is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to hear no and not be bothered by it.

Tier 2 Support

Role Description

Pure CallerID is seeking a full-time Tier 2 Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, and ensure exceptional support. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing escalated concerns and working collaboratively with internal teams.

This is a remote position with flexible shifts available to cover the following hours, Monday through Friday:

  • 6 AM to 3 PM EST
  • 2 PM to 10 PM EST
  • 9 PM to 6 AM EST

Location is irrelevant, as long as you have a stable internet connection and can work within one of the above time slots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Tier 1 Support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and address complex system challenges.
  • Provide timely updates and resolutions to customers while maintaining excellent communication.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation to improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to development or operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in technical support or customer support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and related technologies is a plus.
